The Memorial Day weekend generally brings us some major theatrical releases, and this holiday weekend is no exception. With blockbusters like Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, Bridesmaids and Thor still packing them in, this week’s new releases will cater to moviegoers looking for something besides a special effects, action extravaganza. It will also be interesting to see how the male-oriented The Hangover Part II does at the box office compared to the female-skewing (but definitely not a chick flick) Bridesmaids.
