The trailers might lead you to believe that ‘War Horse’ is the feel good movie of the holidays, but I walked out feeling anything but good.
‘Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol’ is easily the best action film of the year. Brad Bird has definitely proven that his success and talent were not limited to animated pictures, and has quickly become the Hollywood’s preeminent action director.
‘New Year’s Eve’ is the latest in a line of movies with ‘Love Actually’ at its emotional core. Unfortunately, it falls into ‘Valentine’s Day’ territory, which is not a good thing.
