- The CW repeats continue with the first of two Valentine repeats on the night. Again, I’ve no idea which one this is, or any of The CW shows tonight.
7:00p/6:00 Central
- NBC kicks off another Football Night in America, while CBS’s 60 Minutes sits down with some of President-Elect Barack Obama’s closest advisors.
- But if that gets too boring, you can always switch over to ABC at 7:30p/6:30 Central and watch a 30-minute edition of America’s Funniest Home Videos.
- The CW repeats continue with In Harm’s Way. The lack of information coupled with the reported production halts really make me wonder how much longer this Sunday lineup will remain.
- FOX starts off their night with animated repeats. First up is the King of the Hill episode where Bill got diagnosed with diabets. That’s followed by The Simpsons repeat where Homer becomes a bounty hunter.
8:00p/7:00 Central
- Eileen is passed over for promotion due to her pregnancy while Tommy tries to strong-arm mayoral support for a development deal on Showtime’s Brotherhood. Alternately, you can follow the teams of CBS’s The Amazing Race as they move on to India, and see if Ken & Tina can stay in the race.
- ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition comes to St. Louis to help both a mother with special needs children and a man who employs the disabled in his coffee shop and gives a portion of his revenue to charity. Flip over before they “move that bus!” at 8:45p/7:45 Central and check out the Giants at the Eagles on NBC’s Sunday Night Football.
- Style brings to the cameras a show that doesn’t seem to fit with the idea of style (but then the networks pretty much put whatever they want on anymore). The premiere of Ruby follows a 500-pound woman as she fights discrimination and tries to get healthy and lose weight.
- FOX’s animated lineup kicks off with a look back at Homer and Marge’s newlywed years on The Simpsons. Then, on King of the Hill, Bobby winds up in special needs classes.The CW throws up their second mystery repeat of Valentine.
9:00p/8:00 Central
- FOX’s animation block moves into Seth MacFarlane’s hour with Family Guy. Tonight, after Jackass-style stunts gets dangerous, Peter brings home a new Brian, just in case. Later, Steve plots revenge on the popular girls on American Dad.
- Dexter and Miguel find they have different methods of selecting victims on Showtime. HBO counters with Sookie inadvertantly learning another of Sam’s secrets on a new True Blood.
- Reality options include History’s Cities of the Underworld, VH1’s Rock of Love Girls: Charm School and Biography’s Watching the Detectives.
- For fictional detectives, you can flip to CBS and catch Lilly and the team pulled into a 1969 case of a murdered boy on Cold Case.
- Lynette and Tom learn the truth about their son on ABC’s Desperate Housewives, while on Sundance’s Pulling, Karen falls to the old standby to ease the blow of Donna’s 30th birthday.
- The CW’s Easy Money is not only not all-new tonight, but I have no idea which one it is. Maybe the mystery of it all is supposed to lure in viewers.

- On Showtime’s Californication, Hank falls for Becca’s English teacher but finds she has a closer connection to him than even he expected. On HBO, you can tune in to a new Entourage, where E’s jubilation over a client’s pilot getting picked up is countered by the studio wanting his nemesis Seth Green attached. Then, faux-“documentary” comedy series Summer Heights High kicks off.
- The Chef Jeff Project is all-new on Food Network, while other reality includes WE’s My Fair Wedding, Biography’s Female Forces, VH1’s The Pick-Up Artist, E!’s The Girls Next Door and Discovery’s Storm Chasers.
- The History Channel offers a special looking at the current economic situation in the US: Crash: The Next Great Depression? For much lighter fare, Comedy Central offers a stand-up special: Ralphie May: Austin-tatious.
- Tony tries to get his life back to what it was while Chris deals with getting expelled on BBC America’s Skins. Meanwhile, Kitty and Robert are surprised by something unanticipated when they meet their potential birth mother on ABC’s Brothers & Sisters.
- When Jonas’ daughter is kidnapped in Iraq, guess what The Unit‘s main priority is on CBS?
